الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسة مدير المدرسة الثانوية لمهارة إدارة الأزمات، والكشف عن الممارسات الإدارية التي يتبعها مديرو المدارس الثانوية في إدارة الأزمات في محافظة جبل لبنان، والتعرف على الأزمات التي تواجه هذه الثانويات وبيان أثر ذلك على الأداء التعليمي، وكيفية التعامل مع هذه الأزمات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع أسلوب المسح الإحصائي لجمع البيانات من خلال استبانة مع مديري الثانويات وسيتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS. ، وأعد الباحث إستبانة مكونة من (63) فقرة، وتكونت من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددهم 71 مديرًا ومديرة من الثانويات الرسمية لمحافظة جبل لبنان، حيث تم إختيار العينة بنسبة (100%)، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: هناك أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لمستوى تطبيق إدارة الأزمات على الأداء التعليمي، وهناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في مستوى تطبيق محاور الدراسة (إدارة الأزمات، والأداء التعليمي) تُعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the practice of secondary school principals of crisis management skills، and to reveal the administrative practices followed by secondary school principals in crisis management in Mount Lebanon Governorate، and to identify the crises facing these secondary schools and to demonstrate their impact on educational performance، and how to deal with these crises. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach، with the statistical survey method to collect data through a questionnaire with secondary school principals. The data will be analyzed using the SPSS program. The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (63) paragraphs، and it consisted of all members of the study community، which numbered 71 male and female principals from official secondary schools in Mount Lebanon Governorate، where the sample was selected at a rate of (100%)، and the study reached the most important results: There is a statistically significant positive effect of the level of application of crisis management on educational performance، and there are significant differences in the level of application of the study axes (crisis management، educational performance) attributed to demographic variables.
